fix Spring Boot relaxed binding support for acrossHibernate. properties

Compatibility update with Spring 4.2 which adds two new attributes to @EnableAcrossJpaRepositories.

[EntityInterceptor] calls will now run in the same transaction as the repository methods, if no outer transaction is active yet, a new one will be created
